About this Project

One of the first major events back in Sydney post-pandemic, NYE in the Park was back at the end of 2021 after a 1-year hiatus. Tri-Point were engaged to provide staging and production riggers at Victoria Park in Camperdown, Sydney.

The main stage featured:

• Tri-Point’s 15m Bass Stage
• Custom roof trim height
• Scaffold PA towers SL & SR
• Custom artwork header valance.

With a shorter-than-average build schedule, and multiple public holidays including New Years’ Day, Tri-Point remains proud to have been the main stage supplier to this festival since 2018.

About this Project

Tri-Point led the rig of this behemoth 5 tonne centrepiece at Ultra Music Festival 2020 in Sydney, in collaboration with Two Way Cranes, Chameleon Touring, Big Picture, Sims Events, Stage Kings and Van der meer Engineering. 

Tri-Point’s Head Rigger, Robin Chelton, headed up the team.

About this Project

The Australian of the Year Awards, which was aired live on television on the eve of Australia Day, took place on the lawns in front of Parliament House in Canberra.

Tri-Point provided and installed the bespoke open-air stage design, which included scaffold and decking, large steel PA towers, and angled truss towers along the length of each “catwalk” which were then cladded with set pieces.
