About this Project
From creators Santo Cilauro, Tom Gleisner, and Robin Sitch, Thank God You’re Here is an Australian improvisational comedy series in which a celebrity performer is dressed up in costume before passing through a door into a room where they are welcomed with the phrase “Thank God You’re Here”.
The series originally ran for four seasons from 2006 to 2009, before returning to screens again in 2023.
Tri-Point has been engaged since 2023 to supply and install a mix of venue blackout, production truss and rigging, scaffolding, and other elements to suit the set design as well as to assist the conversion of the venue (a building in the Melbourne Showgrounds) into a makeshift studio for each series run.
